I am writing to ask if you could help me to deactivate my Studio 2021 licence – I have tried doing so within the software, but get the message ‘Deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded’.
I had this problem back in September, when one of your colleagues was kind enough to help me (case no. 00706559).
