Abonnement was renewed, but trados language cloud account shows subscription has expired

I have renewed my language cloud subscription (student licence) on October 21, but it hasn't been activated. When I open Trados and I go under Abonnement Language Cloud, it says that my abonnement has expired (same as on my RWS account).

Yet, the purchase of my abonnement has been processed, as I received a confirmation.
