I have a license of SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance and would like to reinstall it on a new computer

Question

I have a license of SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance in another computer that crashed. I have reinstalled I have a license of SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance in my new computer but I can't deactivate the license from my previous computer. 
 
 When I enter my activation code, it naturally tells me the following: 
 "Could not activate this license - No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code." 
 
 I've tried to reset my license as per the following article ( https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545 ), but I receive an error message (An error as occurred). 
 
 How can this problem be solved? Can you de-activate my license from my first computer? So that I can re-activate it on my new device?
