I had to return my work computer to factory settings. I did not have the opportunity to deactivate the licence before this and now deactivating and re-activating my Trados Studio 2021 licence has proven to be impossible. Resetting the licence does not work. Could someone please reset the licence for me so that I am able to continue working.
