I bought my license, installed it and then stopped using Trados. Over time that computer died and had to buy a new one. I'm trying to deactivate the license but I'm prompted to do it from my previous computer, and I don't have it anymore, so I can't generate the deactivation certification. Is there a way to do this without the old computer? Please help!
