Hi Sorin, Thanks for getting back to me. I got some help from Sebastiana in your help centre. I wasn't able to deactivate or reset the licences myself. I got error messages. But she did it for me. Now I'm just fixing up my activation on the second licence (needed to rename the .lic file). Thanks.
