Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus - 2nd License not working

Hi,

I have Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus. Up to yesterday, I had one license on my PC and the second on my notebook. Yesterday I deactivated the license on my notebook in order to move it to a newer machine. This worked, but the license on my PC has now been decativated!! When I try to activate it again, I get the message "Activation failed. Please provide the quantity equal to or less than the remaining quantity 0."

The RWS website says I am using both licenses, but this is not the case. I currently only have one working system - on my new notebook. Can you please help me get the other license back?
