If you have a support contract then you can use the portal here - https://gateway.sdl.com/ - just login and submit your case. But if you don't then you're in the right place. Just in case I'll log the case for you anyway.

Perhaps you purchased a subscription? I can't check right now but I'm sure the support team will resolve this for you tomorrow.
