Hi, I bought a 12-month subscription to Trados Freelance, but I did not use the licence straight away, because I had a free trial. Now that the trial is almost over, I went to my account in search for the licence activating code, but there isn't any. The order is there, but the licence is not, and I cannot activate my subscription. I'll be grateful for any help on the matter.

You purchased a Trados Studio subscription not a perpetual license so you don`t have an activation code. The subscription can be activated following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039952
