Hello,
We have a Studio Professional 2021 license for 2 users/seats, but when opening Studio one of us receives the error message that there are no more seats available.
When we select the option to change the license server and fill in the server name and product key, sometimes it works but at other times Studio just closes and it does not work.
When both Studio versions are open and we open the license manager, there are 2 seats and only one activated.
According to the SafeNet License Manager there is only one user in use.
Would it be possible to advise?
