Thanks for the prompt reply. I think actually I do have a support contract, at least that was mentioned by my client who purchased the licence for this Studio 2022 - the Central Bank of Iceland. Will be extremely pleased if you can sort this out.

Very likely - if I knew that I should, or how to do that. It is a bit problematic to have to work through an IT department. I am not even supposed to have admin rights to this computer, but was granted this reluctantly and temporarily. To try to fix this problem, which they are not interested in, so I am stuck on my own. And I do appreciate the help.
