Temp files

I bought a life subscription for Trados Studio recently (how bitterly I am regretting it now). Nothing seems to work properly. It's like a half baked product priced as a luxury item. Every time I open a new project, at some point I will get the message: "Could not find file 'C:\Users\corre\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp9F76.tmp'." I have deactivated my antivirus software, in case it was deleting temp files and the problem remains. And this is only one of the many issues I am experiencing with with this extremely user-unfriendly piece of software.

Can anyone help? Is there soomeone from the technical suppport team listening here?
