I have a Studio 2021 and it was installed in a PC previously. Recently, the PC didn't work at all and I have to install the lincese on a new PC.
However, I cannot activate the it as I cannot deactivate the previous (as we cannot start the previous PC at all) and neither to reset the license.
Can you pleaes check how we can deactivate the license and install it on a new PC.
