We have a Passolo installed and running on a VMware virtual machine. We have activated the license on 2022-09-30 and Passolo was working fine until today.
Now when we start it we get this error message: "Cannot find license information".

We didn’t change anything on Passolo installation. We didn’t install/uninstall or repair Passolo installation. We are also not aware of any major Windows updates on the machine.
1. What could be the possible reason for the problem?
2. Should I reset the license in our RWS account or is there another solution available? (I didn’t try resetting the license yet because it seems there is a limit of only 3 reset attempts a year.)
