I have the following situation: my former employer is now a client of mine and the translations I do for him still require us to use Trados Studio 2017. The license is my client's and it's stored on his servers, me and 3 other colleagues use our 4 licences through a VPN. Today, after a Windows update my license couldn't be reached, even after multiple computer restarts. I ended up manually deactivating it in the hopes that I can reactivate it with the activation code, but it doesn't work. Later, I read that, once manually deactivated, a legacy license can't be reactivated, so my question is, what happens with our licences now? Can I reset my license individually or must all 4 be reset in order for me to be able to work again.
