I used Trados 2017 until October 2022 and then bought Trados 2022. Following the instruction of sales I have downloaded Trados 2022, but now I cannot activate my Trados 2022 license neither via Internet nor offline. With regard to the offline activation in my account under licence there is no option shown for producing a certificate next to my code. The option shown there is for deactivating my license offline.
As soon as I start Trados 2022, I am asked to activate my license which is not possible. Any help available?
I also have problems with my translation memory which I inserted from Trados 2017 into Trados 2022. Where do I find support in setting up the software?
