Hi Ali Abdulrazzak , I would recommend you to review this credentials and the server connection first. You can remove and enter it again from: File -> Setup -> Servers -> Click on the server address -> Edit.. . If this doesn't solve the issue, then please check the local credentials reset as mentioned in the next article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0037451 .

 Ali Abdulrazzak  if you try to access the GroupShare server via web browser, are you able to login with these credentials? If you still cannot access it, please check with the person responsible for the GroupShare administration.
