Reinstallation issue and Reset of License

Dear Sirs,

while working I foud out that Trados was nolonger updating my TM. So I decided to remove and reinstall it but, after removing Trados 2017, I can not disinstall "SDL Trados 2017 SR1 - Remove of suite of products" which further prevents me from reinstalling the product. The error window states as follows "Setup did not complete. The error is: Setup has detected a different version of this prodct already installed. If you with to remove ... that version's installer", but I am installing the latest version made available through the download page of "MySDL Portal". Is there anything else I can/should do?

Moreover, I noticed that I problably forgot to deactivate the Licence. So I am kindly asking you to reset the License because from "MySDL" page it appears that not any License is available although I disinstalled the product.
