RWS is not linked to any cloud account

Hi, 

I have active License but today it is giving such message, What does it mean? 

Trados Studio 2022 Product Activation window showing an error message 'Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account. Create an account or contact your cloud account administrator.' with options to Sign out, OK, and Help.
