Hi Support Team,

I have been experiencing a problem in opening a package sent by my PM.

I contacted the TRADOS customer support and did everything she advised me to do, but the problem has not been solved.

The activation code for my license was provided by my agency, and this was the first time for me to opne a package. (I recently installed TRADOS)

Can you please help me fix the problem?

The error message: This project cannot be opened in the Sutdio Edition you are using. Only project packages or single documents can be opened.  

The file I need to open: Trados Studio Project File (sdlproj)

The ver. of my TRADOS: Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338

OS of my PC: Windows 11 Pro

What I have done so far:

  - Run Trados as administrator and then try to open the project 

  - Save the file locally and try from Projects view, Open project

  - Update to the last version
