I'm not able to activate my test-version, document uploade - everything seams ok, status "en cours" but still no translation available - what's wrong?

Question

Tried to go for a test version, all fields completed, kind or confirmation received - doc uploade for translation. 
 Now, the stats shows "en cours" since 3 days - but nothing happens. 
 the asked deadline was the 11th of November - the line (showing the project on my screen) is red since that date. 
 Who can help me - I dont know where the mistake is - on my side? on the page? 
 please - looking for quick support

 I`m not sure I understand exactly the issue you`re encountering. 
 Did you manage to install Studio (which version)? Are you able to use it in Trial mode? Please send a screenshot to better understand the issue.

What do you mean by "nothing happens"? The translation will not come automatically by itself, you need to do the translation. This is not an automatic translation tool.
