I had a problem with my computer and now I cannot use Trados Studio 2017. Fortunately I could acces Multi Term without any problems and then, from there, this community forum.
I have ben asking for help many times to someone at the community as I couldn't reach the Forums before, but she provided none. This person said there was a problem with my email and that it had been resolved, but nothing happened. I managed to push the button "reset license" once, but now this option is not available any more.
As I have lost some jobs owinng to this situation and also wasted much of my time, I require a SOLUTION right now.
