Hi all,
I tried to move Studio 2021 with "Allowed 2019 add-on" AND Studio 2019 to a new machine. 2021 works fine, 2019 doesn't. I can't deactive 2019 on the old machine and I can't use the key from 2021 for 2019, which is the only one I have. The problem is that I have one important customer who still uses Groupshare 2014 or earlier. Where do I get help with that?

The 2019 license was removed from your account when you processed the upgrade to 2021 so it can`t be deactivated / reactivated anymore. The 2021 license cannot be activated directly in 2019. You need to activate Studio 2021 on the new computer, install the latest version of Studio 2019 and the 2019 version should be automatically activated. thanks for your quick answer and the link. I guess the hint with the trial version is my way to go. I hope that'll work out in 30 days then. See:
NOTE! If your Trados Studio 2019 will launch in Trial mode (it will happen if you install the software for the first time on a computer) it will pick-up the licensing from Studio 2021 only after the Trial period expires. This will happen automatically and no further steps are required. The Trial version is equivalent, in terms of options and features, with a full Professional license.
