Hi, is it possible to use an activation code to license Passolo 2018 Team Edition installed on a Virtual Desktop which is used by several users? I guess this is not possible but could you confirm this. The error we get is
"Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel" error when trying to activate Trados Studio or Passolo"
And we found the following article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0025365 and this instructs to use offline activation but I feel that this does not work either with several users accessing the VD and Passolo.
In FAQ section on page https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033022 we found the following: "When using Remote Desktop Services, you can only activate RWS products with a network license. Each user consumes a network seat. "
So I just want to get a confirmation on the correct licensing method on a VD.
