I recently upgraded Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Now, when I open Trados Studio 2021, I get a message saying that I don't have a licence even though I have a perpetual one.
I tried deactivating my license offline but couldn't do it because well, it isn't active anymore, not sure why.

You probably should have deactivated the licence before upgrading windows... but it's not a problem as you should be able to reset the licence yourself.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
It should be faster for you if you manage it. But if you have a problem please come back and we can arrange for a licensing engineer to look at it.
