Hello. I just purchased Trados Studio 2022, I have paid and I have already received the activation code. But when I entered the code in the activation window, I received an error message: "Could not connect to activation server. An error occured while sending the request." The problem is not on my side, I have multiple-checked my internet connections, I have restarted my PC, I have completely deactivated my firewall and all possible online protection, but I still get the same error message. And I desperately need the software to be activated, because the trial version does not have all necessary features - for example it does not have the "return package convertor" installed. What should I do? Thank you.
