Hello,
I have an issue while trying to deactivate my Trados Studio 2019. I had to have my Windows reinstalled urgently, and so I have lost access to my Trados. While attempting to reset the licence or deactivate it offline, I get an error notification. I should appreciate your help in this matter greatly.
