I am using Trados Studio 2021 and had a computer crash and now need the license to be deactivated so I can install Trados on my new computer. As far as I know I cannot solve this issue myself. Could you help me out? Thank you!
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
