Are all the users having the same issue when trying to connect to the license server? 

If yes please check if they can ping the server name and vice-versa. Also please make sure that port UDP 5093 is open on the server, on the user machines and over the VPN (if you`re using).

Hi Sorin,

thanks for your replay - we checked the following:

• Ping to server is running perfect
• A port UDP 5093 is open à I tried already without Firewall à the same Problem.

Our admin Anatoli would really appreciate if you would contact him personally.

We need to find a solution soon since we're running out of time with a few important projects.
