This doesn`t sound like a license issue, more likely an installation issue. Please try to reset Studio settings as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033669

Dear Sorin,

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, taking the steps described in the article, did not resolve the issue. For now, I've reinstalled Trados 2021 SR1, which for does work. I also think the problem is caused by an issue with our SR2 installation, but I've so far been unable to fix it, despite multiple clean installs, removing all temp files, etc.

Please let me know what version of License Manager you have installed on the server. If it`s not the latest, this could be the issue.

The latest version can be downloaded and installed from here: downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/.../LicenseServerManager17.0.134.exe

Hi Sorin,

We're already using 17.0.134.0 (I double-checked to be sure), so that should be fine. For now we can stick to SR1 on this particular PC. Perhaps we'll do a reset of the PC at some point, and then we can try again.
