I have purchase a perpetual version of Trados Studio Pro this morning.
I made the payment by bank transfer and received confirmation of receipt but I do not have an activation code and the order still shows as 'awaiting payment'.
Can you help me figure out why ? or how long it might take to 'clear' and get the code?

I`ve checked your account and noticed that the license is already activated. Can you confirm if it`s ok now?
The payment can take up to 3 to 5 working days to be registered. When the payment is registered please deactivate and reactivate your license from Studio > Help > Product Activation.

Indeed, I now have the license. It took a little while to arrive and as the payment takes a few days sto clear, I was kindly granted a temp one to get going.
