Dear RWS Team,
I am a Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus owner and use it on two computers (PC and laptop). Lately my laptop crashed due to a hard drive failure and, as a result, I had to have my hard drive replaced.
Now, I would like to install my Trados on that very laptop again but during installation received the following message:
Setup has detected that the file 'C:\Users\Dell\AppData\Local\Temp\VSDB043.tmp\VCRedist2005SP1-KB2538242\vcredist_x86.exe' has changed since it was initially published.
See the setup log file located at 'C:\Users\Dell\AppData\Local\Temp\VSDB043.tmp\install.log' for more information.
Now, I have tried the solution with the manual installation but I get stuck at the first step (installing missing components in the Dependencies folder) as I am asked to instal either MS Office 2003 or 2007, whereas I do have a 2016 version already installed. So, my hands are tied.
Could you please advise me on what to do in such a situation?
