Failed to re-activate license on my new computer

Hello! Please help: After deactivating my Freelance license on my old laptop (Windows 10), I uninstalled Trados Studio and installed a trial copy on my new laptop (Windows 11). Now the program on the new computer has refused the activation code. The license info in my RWS Account shows that one license is in use and that there is no license available. Please help me regain access.
