At my university, I received an invitation link for trados studio 21. I created an account and activated the app. In the first place, I downloaded the app and used the demo version. When this version elapsed I wanted to activate with the user account. This did not work. My system is high performance and no irregularities here. Any advice?

Did you purchase a license? Once the 30 days of the trial are over you need an activation key to activate your instance of Studio. You get this key when you purchase a license, and it will show up in your RWS customer account. You can then use this key to activate your Studio instance.
