Cannot deactivate offline or online

Hi there,

as usual, everytime I need to change a PC, moving the Trados licence is a long pain. It won't deactivate online though I'm all logged in nor will it do offline as the the system says it has an issue.

Also, I have an extra licence and can't figure out which is which as I can only find the licence number but the activation code.

Can you help? If you could make it easier and less painful for next time that would be really great. A sort Christmas present let's say...
