Hello,
I've bought, paid, downloaded and installed Trados Studio 2022 on November 2 and ran it in demo mode since.
Now I want to switch from 2021 to 2022 but my new license does not appear in my account so I cannot activate it.
What's the problem and what should I do?

Presumably you have sorted this out as I just checked your account for you and see this:
The 2022 version was activated today. Can you confirm whether you still have a problem we need to assist you with?

Yes, this was pretty urgent and I had to find a solution by myself.
In fact, I didn't know - and it does not seem to be mentionned anywhere - that I had to upgrade my 2021 license to 2022 BEFORE I could see it in the license list.
Everything is now functional. Thanks for your quick reply.

This is mentioned in many places... however, I'm glad you managed to follow the on screen guides and process your upgrade.
