Unexpected exception when getting view part instance of view part" or something similar

Question

I used this morning my trados studio, saved my project, closed the programm. 
 An hour later I could't open it. It showes "Unexpected exception when getting view part instance of view part" or something similar (everything on my computer including Studio is in German). Anyway, I repaired it, I changed the folder names. I even uninstalled it, installed it again. 
 Fortunately, most of my translation was saved in my cloud - but I am still angry and about to lose my mind... 
 Could somebody helfp me please?

 Try a reset. You didn't tell us what version you're using so here's how to do that for the latest one. 
 Close Trados Studio and then rename this folder: 
 c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17\ 
 to c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17_old\ 
 If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders: 
 www.howtogeek.com/.../ 
 Then restart Trados Studio and see if that helped.
