Problems accessing my subscription, maybe activation issues

When I try to open my Studio 2022, a window opens. It first states that my sbuscription is expired, which is odd since it should not expire before November 2023. Then it asks whether I want to use a perpetual licence or a subscription. When I try to choose the subscription, it claims that my licence is not active. The problem is that on my account, it states that my subscription is active. I have also tried the activation code (the really long code), but it does'nt work.

Then, I have tried activating my account offline but

1. there is no activation code on my SDL account

2. I'm unable to find my installation ID.

This is quite odd, since I have been able to use the program for several weeks and only today, I was denied access.

What should I do?
