I bought Studio 2022 during the Black Friday special and still haven't got my license. How can we reach the people at RWS to get it? There's no error message. Just no license!
I didn't buy the subscription version, but the perpetual one.

In order to have the 2022 license in your account you need to process the license upgrade from 2019 to 2022 as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975
Fore Freelance licenses like your it is not necessary to deactivate Studio 2021 before processing the upgrade.

Thank you! That worked.
Now, I can't activate it as it says there's no internet connection. But my 2019 version connects just fine. I checked the firewall, and made sure there was an exception for Studio 2022. What now?
