When I try to open Trados 2021 the error message ”Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches” appear. I read in a Trados forum a way of solving this problem but I don´t have enough computer skills to follow the procedure.

I am also getting this error message
and I tried going to C:\Users\%User Name%\App Data\Local\SDL\Trados Studio\15.0.0.0 as suggested in one reply on Community, but I can't find it via File Explorer on my computer. I don't know why this is.
