No internet connection in Trados 2022

I get the dreaded error message: No internet connection in Trados 2022.

Trados 2019 works flawlessly.

I tried everything mentioned in the resource page about Trados 2021. I tried accessing the link https://1.1.1.1, it works. I made sure all ports were accessible in my firewall. There's no reason for this bug, but it means I can't use my new Trados, as I can't access my AT provider nor the extensions required for my job.

How can we create a ticket to have this looked at? There's only so much one can do by reading help files.
