I am getting the following error when trying to deactivate my license:
1. Deactivation failed
Could not revoke this license - Could not correct to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings.
2. Failed to deactivate offline. The specied deactivations authorization may not be valid. Validity your deactivation authorization against the authorizations in your SDL Account

The RWS engineer who is handling the support case I logged replied that he reset your license so please try to reactivate it.
