Problem with deactivation of a license

Question

Hi, 
 I have to deactivate the license on my laptop as I am going to change it but when I try to deactivate the license online I got the following error message. 
 My internet connection works well. I would like to deactivate it offline but as I have activate my license and the extra one I have to serial numbers on my license space and I cannot find out which one corresponds to my laptop and which one to my desktop. 
 Could you please help me?

Hello Cristina Borghi 
 Try to deactivate / reactivate the license from the other computer. This will change the activation date for that license and then you can reset the other one.
