How do I talk to someone from support?

I haven't been using my SDL Trados 2019 since, well, 2019. When I tried to open it yesterday, it told me that my "Trial" had expired. Well, I have a paid license, not a "trial". So I tried to use my paid license and it says it is being used. It was being used on this same laptop where it now says it is an expired trial license! Now, I cannot open the software in order to deactivate the license because, well, according to them, my "trial expired". This is so frustrating that we pay thousands of dollars on licenses and upgrades, and we can't even contact someone from support to fix simple issues like uninstalling/installing a license that I paid for.
