Offline desactivation error message

Question

Hello, I need help deactivating my license. I can no longer use my Virtual Machine VMWare on my mac and the license could not be deactivated. When I try to do something through the site, it displays an error message. 
 Could someone please help me and deactivate my license? Thank you
