Question

I work quite often in a co-working place using the computers there. So I used one of my licenses to work there. I tried to deactivate/reset my license from that public PC, online and offline. None of them worked. When I try to use the Reset License option from my account I receive the message that I can only reset 3 times. Now I don't have the Reset License option to do it so, how can I recover my license used in the public PC. 
 
 I do this often, why only 3 times within 12 months?? 
 
 Please help me recover the license back.
