This is where you are supposed to come if you don't have a support contract.
I'd like to reset my license for SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
