Hi, I am having a trouble getting the activation code for my Studio 2022, upgrading from 2021 version. Upon email confirmation from RWS of my payment, I installed Studio 2022, then I went to your RWS Account webpage to get the activation code.
I clicked "You have 1 upgrade available. Click here to upgrade your licenses." > "Upgrade", then I saw a message: "Upgrading means the license(s), indicated below on the left, will be removed and will be replaced with the license(s) shown on the right.This process can not be reversed." I clicked "Process Upgrade". Apparently nothing happened. A message appears saying "Please select at least one license to upgrade", but there is no way to select anything there. I am stuck. Please help.
By the way, I retried a few times, and at my last attempt, I tried to deactivate my installation of 2021, however, by clicking "Deactivate", an error message appeared: "Deactivation failed". After that, by clicking "OK" to acknowledge the failure, another information message came up with "The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product." But actually, this last message is not true. Because, right after this, I restarted Trados Studio 2021 and it is not deactivated. Something may not be quite right.
