It was absolutely confusing that by submitting a support ticket I was directed to the community twice yesterday. Originally, I did not mean to share any personal information, but I was rejected twice by your support. That is why we were forced to take this step. All we need is to be able to use the licenses we paid for. Thank you for your help, we really hope that with this support case ID that we couldn't get yesterday, the problem will be solved ASAP.

You didn't submit a support ticket.  This is only possible if you have a support contract and then you won't be sent to this community.  This forum is specifically for licensing and installation questions and it's for all users without a support contract.

Once you log your problem in here we can either help you or create a ticket for you if it's needed.  Always pay attention to this message in red letters though when you create your post:

We have an SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus licence with extra activations (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx) which was activated on 27-12-2020.

The problem is, that we cannot activate the extra licence for some reason, however Trados detects, that it already has been activated

We also purchased other licences of Trados. We don’t know which one of these domains the license was  activated and purchased from.

Otherwise, we don't know who to turn to in this case, or who to ask help from

I did.  That's exactly what happens when I do this via the community.  The information in the original post is automatically placed into the ticket.
