Trados 2021 license

Dear Support Team!

 

I would like to ask for your help regarding Licence activations.

We have an SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus licence with extra activations (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx) which was activated on 27-12-2020.

The problem is, that we cannot activate the extra licence for some reason, however Trados detects, that it already has been activated

 

We also purchased other licences of Trados. We don’t know which one of these domains the license was  activated and purchased from.

    It was absolutely confusing that by submitting a support ticket I was directed to the community twice yesterday.

    You didn't submit a support ticket.  This is only possible if you have a support contract and then you won't be sent to this community.  This forum is specifically for licensing and installation questions and it's for all users without a support contract.

    Once you log your problem in here we can either help you or create a ticket for you if it's needed.  Always pay attention to this message in red letters though when you create your post:
