Deactivate license

I have a Trados Studio 2021 Freelance single user. After I purchased another laptop deactivated the license on the first one and installed it on the new laptop. It was working fine until recently when I did download upgraded version of the SDL (2021 Studio SR2). Now, whenever I try to open my application, I see a message reading 'activate'. I n my RSW account shows that one license is in use, '0' available. It won't let me 'reset' or' deactivate' license. I have desperately tried everything, spent many hours to figure out without success. Please help and let me know what to do.
